Customized Laddu Gopal attire, singhasans, backdrops, and other handmade décor are made to order. This page sets out how returns, exchanges, and transit concerns are handled for each piece.
Terms in detail
Custom pieces, handled with care
Customized deity attire is cut and stitched to bespoke dimensions supplied by the customer, so exchanges on personalized pieces are assessed case by case. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Each delicate handmade or embellished item is inspected on arrival at our studio before it is dispatched.
If a transit discrepancy appears on delivery, such as a missing item or visible damage, please contact our support team promptly with photographs of the package and item. We will review the report and confirm the next step, whether a replacement or a resolution agreed with you.
